Fruit Smoothie

Smoothies are the healthy alternative to milkshakes. As an after-school snack these will be a big hit. They make a great breakfast beverage as well.

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas
  • 1 ½ cups pineapple, chopped
  • 1 ½ cups orange juice
  • 1 ½ cups nonfat yogurt
  • 16-18 ice cubes
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve.
