Alexis Assad

Alexis Assad is an accomplished culinary professional with a distinguished background in fine dining and personal chef services. Having grown up in Boston, Alexis was educated in the city's public school system and for the past two years, she has served as a Culinary Manager for Boston Public Schools. In this leadership role, Alexis has focused on improving food quality, implementing local sourcing practices, and promoting scratch cooking in the school system. In October 2025, Alexis became the Assistant Director of Food Services at Cambridge Public Schools. With an eye toward continuous improvement, Alexis continues to work passionately towards a future where every student has access to delicious, nutritious meals that reflect the richness of their community.
