Chris Lichtman is incredibly fortunate to be a husband of over 27 years and a proud father of two beautiful adult daughters. He was born to travel and create fantastic meals for his family and friends. Professionally, Chris is a seasoned culinary and operations leader with a diverse background spanning hospitality, entrepreneurship, and, currently, school nutrition. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY, he has successfully managed multimillion-dollar food and beverage programs and even co-founded a top-rated residential cleaning company with his wife. Chris currently serves as a District Sous Chef, where he channels his expertise into developing nutritious menus, practical recipes, and effective training programs for students and cafeteria leadership in Pre-K through 8th grade.
