Gloria Kozeliski

Director for Menus and Production
Albuquerque Public School District (NM)

I am the Assistant Director of School Nutrition at Monona Grove Public Schools. Prior to this, I was a Food & Nutrition Manager in a clinical setting for seven years. I have a BA in fine arts, a culinary degree, and continuing education credits in nutrition. I have managed, worked, and volunteered in the food world for over 20 years in a variety of capacities: schools, restaurants, as a personal chef, in a cooking school, and for nonprofit organizations. Making good food accessible to all, particularly kids, has been a strong interest of mine for many years. When I am not at work, you might find me in my garden or kitchen, on a bike, in a kayak, on x-country skis, traveling, or tending to my chickens.

Who We Are

The Chef Ann Foundation is dedicated to promoting whole-ingredient, scratch-cooking in schools. Scratch-cooking enables schools to serve the healthiest, tastiest meals so that kids are well-fed and ready to learn.

Our Mission

Ensure that school food professionals have the resources, funding and support they need to provide fresh, healthy, delicious, cook from scratch meals that support the health of children and our planet.

Why School Food Matters

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
