Eriko Greeson joined the Chef Ann team in June of 2021. In this role, she supports the California Healthy School Food Pathway program, a work-based learning experience that aims to prepare individuals for job opportunities in healthy, scratch-cook school food programs

Eriko believes that having access to healthy and nutritious food is a crucial part of a child’s educational journey and equitable access serves as a key aspect of placing children on the path of success. She received her B.A in Political Science from Davidson College. In her free time, Eriko enjoys cooking and outdoor activities such as hiking.

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
