Eriko joined the Chef Ann Foundation in June 2021 as an Administrative Associate. In this role, Eriko assists the Programs and Development teams as well as provides administrative support.

Eriko joined the Chef Ann Foundation in June 2021 as an Administrative Associate. In this role, Eriko assists the Programs and Development teams as well as provides administrative support.

Eriko believes that having access to healthy and nutritious food is a crucial part of a child’s educational journey and equitable access serves as a key aspect of placing children on the path of success. She received her B.A in Political Science from Davidson College. In her free time, Eriko enjoys cooking and outdoor activities such as hiking.

Why School Food Matters

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
