Research & Evaluation Intern

Paisley serves as an intern on the Research & Evaluation team at the Chef Ann Foundation, where she primarily focuses on data analysis. Her work helps the team understand how their programs are performing and where they can make an even bigger difference for the children they serve.

Before joining Chef Ann Foundation, Paisley spent most of her time in retail customer service, where she learned to stay patient under pressure and solve problems quickly. Those skills carry over to her current role. Understanding what people need and communicating clearly matter just as much when interpreting data as they do on a sales floor.

Outside of work, Paisley is a freshman at CU Boulder studying Strategy and Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Spanish. She is passionate about fitness and nutrition and is often found at the gym or staying active. That passion is what drew her to Chef Ann Foundation. Having seen how much nutrition shapes her own life, she finds it rewarding to help bring scratch-cooked meals to students who deserve the same opportunity to build healthy habits.

Who We Are

The Chef Ann Foundation is dedicated to promoting whole-ingredient, scratch-cooking in schools. Scratch-cooking enables schools to serve the healthiest, tastiest meals so that kids are well-fed and ready to learn.

Our Mission

Ensure that school food professionals have the resources, funding and support they need to provide fresh, healthy, delicious, cook from scratch meals that support the health of children and our planet.

Why School Food Matters

American kids start their life-path in K–12 schools where they learn the skills necessary to thrive & meet their potential. While the country debates the best ways to teach them math, science & English, we spend little to no time on food & nutrition.
