Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette

This dressing is perfect for Asian Spinach & Chicken Salad with Tangerines, but it would also work well on an Asian-inspired pasta salad or in a chicken or pork sandwich wrap with tender greens as well.

Number of Servings

2 cups


  • 3 Tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • ¾ cup rice vinegar
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • ¾ cup canola oil
  • 3 Tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons orange zest


  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the zest, in a blender and blend to emulsify.
  2. Stir in the orange zest.
