Chef Ann Foundation Privacy Policy

The Chef Ann Foundation (“CAF”) is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit and use the website for chefannfoundation.org as further outlined in this privacy policy. When you use certain features of CAF’s website you will be prompted to provide CAF with certain personal information. This information includes, but is not limited to your full name and email address. If you choose to donate to any CAF project, you will provide CAF with certain financial information. Each time you visit the website, or provide us with information, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy at that time.

Please note that this privacy policy governs only the data practices of CAF at our websites; we are not responsible for the privacy policies of other sites or companies that may be linked to or otherwise contacted through our websites. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information and make commercially reasonable efforts to do so, CAF cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. However, once we receive your transmission, we make our best reasonable effort to ensure its security on our systems. CAF does not collect personal information such as credit card data. When you make a donation from our website you are redirected to a third party service provider’s website that processes electronic donations for CAF. You may view Salesforce’s privacy policy, Classy’s privacy policy, Donation Pay’s privacy policy, Stripe’s terms of service or GlobalGiving’s privacy policy when you are redirected to their sites to make your donation.
