Smoothies are the healthy alternative to milkshakes. As an after-school snack these will be a big hit. They make a great breakfast beverage as well.
- 3 bananas
- 1 ½ cups pineapple, chopped
- 1 ½ cups orange juice
- 1 ½ cups nonfat yogurt
- 16-18 ice cubes
- ¼ cup honey
- Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve.
